Yudelca Ogando, MBA, MS, Director of Operations
Yudelca is Laboratory Operations Manager at Rumi Scientific, bringing over 15 years of experience in molecular and cellular biology. Her career began as a Postgraduate Fellow at Yale University’s Neurology Department, supported by a minority grant from the NIH. She has since held research and operational roles at institutions including Columbia University and Memorial Sloan Kettering.
She holds degrees in Biological Sciences and Philosophy from SUNY Buffalo, along with MS degrees in Biomedical Laboratory Management (Hunter College), Translational Medicine (City College of NY), and an MBA from Baruch College.
Outside work, Yudelca enjoys music, podcasts, documentaries, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
